About the property
The place is walking distance from Monash University, as well as the M-city Shopping centre, public transportation. The room is furnished with bed, side table, desk and chair. The kitchen comes with shared appliances microwave, fridge, gas stove cooking. There is also a washing machine for shared use.
Other utilities (Electricity, Gas, Internet, Water) are not included in the rent, but will be calculated monthly. From experience, these account for a total of 80-120 dollars per head per month, depending upon the season.
