This studio apartment is one of 9 studio apartments in a double-storey house. In this listing, it says 2 beds because that was the minimum that I could select. Please be advised that there is only 1 bed as it is a studio apartment. There is a laundry room upstairs with a washer, vacuum cleaner, mop, and basin. There is no dryer provided although there is a clothesline in the backyard for you to hang dry your clothes. There are plenty of parking spaces in the frontyard and backyard. There is a kitchen with an oven and gas cooktops on the ground floor. The rent includes all utilities - water, electricity, internet, and gas. The room lets in plenty of sunlight as it has large windows facing the front of the house. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Monash Clayton Bus Loop and 20 minutes to Clayton station.
