it is located in Clayton, just a few steps away from M-city, full furnished (AC, TV, wifi, sofa, etc,.). It is a decent option for students who study at Monash University - just a 15-minute walk away from the campus. If you want to save more time, there's a bus stop at the front door straight to uni(862/804/802).
Parking space: available, as I don't drive
