This flat in a super strategic location. It is close to the M1, mcity, Monash hospital and Coles. There is a convenience store at the ground floor, a gym and a terrace at the top floor. Monash uni is right around the corner as well along with the bus stop being right outside. There is lots of parking around the premise as well as visitor parking on the ground floor and underground. The house also has a washer, dryer and an oven. You also wouldn't need pots, plates , cutlery, a vacuum or an iron! Please ask for more pics of the hall and kitchen area (it's all the same area lol) there is a balcony as well!

Hello! I am looking for a roommate and a potential friend. Someone who would appreciate the space and keep it neat and tidy.
I have historically gotten on well with my roomies. Love a good hangout, exchange some gossip, cook the occasional meal together (I am sri Lankan and have a spicy palate), go for dinner/brunch/shopping etc. I am also down for a boring errands run.
On the other hand, I also really do value personal space and the need for quiet time as I am a doctor and you might find me resetting my social battery and hibernating. Of note I am also down for a good old couch rot session.
