Our home is a cozy and relaxed 3-bedroom house in Clayton, super convenient for both Monash students and anyone needing a short-term stay. The room is available from 15 December 2025 to 15 February 2026, perfect for someone looking for a comfortable place during the summer months.
The bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away, and Clayton Station and M-City Shopping Centre are close by, so it’s easy to get around and access shops, food, and groceries.
The room is furnished and perfect for one person. You’ll share the bathroom with just one flatmate, and the common areas, kitchen, living room, dining space, and backyard, are comfortable and well-kept. The house stays quiet during the week since everyone is busy with work and study.
There’s also a parking spot available if you need it, plus plenty of street parking. We keep things clean with a simple weekly rotation, so the home always feels tidy and pleasant.

Hi! I’m Lorena, originally from Peru and currently studying and working in Melbourne. I’m renting out my room for two months while I’m away.
