The location is honestly super convenient. It’s around a 12-minute walk to Clayton Station, which also means we’re only a few minutes from Clayton Road — so supermarkets, Asian grocers, restaurants, and cafés are all right there.
We’re also just a 5-minute walk to Monash Medical Centre and really close to a bunch of bus stops. If you’re heading to Monash University, it’s about a 5-minute bus ride, and there are multiple buses that go straight there.
Overall, it’s a super accessible spot with everything you need nearby.

About the flatmates
We’re a pretty relaxed household of Monash students — most of us just graduated, and some are heading into master’s while others are looking for full-time roles. We’re all from different backgrounds, so the house ends up feeling like a fun mix of cultures, jokes, and random stories.
Day-to-day, we’re doing part-time work or internships, but outside of that we love keeping things light. We’re all pretty active, play different sports, and we’re always down to try new things. We cook together sometimes, try out new recipes, and we actually like keeping the place clean so it feels comfy for everyone.
Overall, it’s a chill house with good vibes — if you’re friendly, tidy, and up for the occasional spontaneous cookout or activity, you’ll fit right in!
