About the property
Hi everyone, my housemate and I are looking for someone to join our lovely Clayton sharehouse at the end of this month! Rent is $200 pw ($800 pcm) and bills are split 3 ways.
Perks: 10 min walk from Deakin, 30 min walk/15 min bus to Monash, 15 min from Clayton station. Proactive real estate agents. 420/LGBTQ/SW/pet friendly! Big backyard! 🌿
The room/lease: Unfurnished, 3.1m x 3.2m with a decently sized built in cupboard. Lease begins on the 17th of January, rent + bond are due on that date ($800 rent, $840 bond).
You’ll be living with two dog groomers in their early-mid 20s (Cat and Margot) and a perfect pooch (Tina). Ideally we’re looking for someone in their 20s who works full/part time. Being comfortable sharing your space with a dog and with multiple dogs at a time is a must. Open to another doggo joining the household pending landlord and Tina approval.

Cat (she/her): 24, dog groomer working part time in Prahran, dog mum to Tina. Enjoys heavy metal, trash TV, and taking the dog out for adventures on their days off. Occasionally dogsits for extra funds.
Margot (they/them): 21, dog groomer also working in Prahran. Obsessed with Pokémon, cars + motorbikes, beer, music, and anything nerdy.
Tina (she/her): 3, Dog. Snuggly pocket rocket, professional good girl. Attends training classes and dog shows with her mum on weekends. Loves dogs of all sizes, will do anything for a pat or a snack.
