The room is available now, so you can move in from January to February 2026, and the lease runs for 12 months until 10th January 2027.

Clean space with minimal cleanup maintenance (I just deep cleaned everything, including all room corners AND under the bed)
Private and very comfortable - perfect for students

Shared house and clean bathroom 5b3b (one ensuite), bathroom sharing negotiable
Current tenants are all female, friendly and respectful Monash students
