About the property
House is furnished for common areas and all necessary appliances. If you have a car you will also get a parking spot in the garage to avoid the pesky heatwave.
We also have a large fridge with enough space for your storage and a dishwasher too. The living room does have a split system with heating and cooling. There a separate room for a small work table but that is a shared space. We also a really fast wifi setup if you are into binging content.
All utility bills + internet will be split 3 ways. There will also be a security deposit on using the appliances which will be given back when vacating the premises.
Property itself is super close to both Monash University and the Clayton station alongside being close to multiple routes along the highway.

We love staying active and playing sports. You can also join us for a fifa session from time to time. Or just hit the gym with us.
I work in retail and my friend works for in the finance industry. We are just testing our fortunes in this economy.
