My apartment is two bedroom, two bathroom and is just across the road from Monash University Clayton campus (10 minute walk!). It is inside a modern complex making it safe and up-to-date. PTV is easily accessible with many food options nearby. The complex comes with a gym included and shared outdoor space.
The apartment is currently unfurnished as I am relocating from Brisbane. I am open to opinions and ideas on how to design our new apartment!
As I want both mine and my roommate to have a good experience living here, my standards are:
a person who is clean and tidy, respectful of boundaries, not too noisy, doesn't smoke/have pets/kids
