(This room is taken) $150/wk room for single only. The smallest and cheapest room in the house with a single size bed.

(This room is taken.) $200/wk room for single ($270/wk for couples, single preferred) - This is the master bedroom with two in-wall wardrobe in this room, best and largest room in the house. Double size bed is setup as shown in the photo. 32inch TV connected to an old desktop computer (not shown in photo) for watching online video can be provided (there is limited TV reception here). Possible to receive these channels with the TV provided at this room - 9, 10, 11 (10 Peach), 12 (10 Bold), 44 (C31), 91 (Channel 9), 92 (9Gem), 93 (9Go), 94 (9Life), 96 (9Rush), 97, 99 (9Go)

For all the rooms, rent include internet, Electricity/Water bills but do NOT include usage from electric heater, air conditioner which will be metered and charged at approx 25c/kWh. We are already using the CHEAPEST electricity company in the market. Rent advertised is only applicable for one year or longer stay, higher rent may apply for shorter stay. General consumables such as toilet tissue, detergent, washing powder may be provided/included. Some durable such as kitchen-ware, rice cooker, fan, electric heater, electric blanket, pillow/quilt/blanket/sheet, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board, computer monitor, TV and many other misc things may be provided. Electric and induction cooking stove in kitchen. Bicycle available but repair maybe required. Shopping trolley may be available.

Non-smokers only. Cleaning after yourself and keeping the place tidy is important here. You will be allocated specific part of the house to clean regularly.

Parking space on driveway or front garden. Everyone here is friendly, helpful and had lived here for years. You will be sharing the house with one male from Korea and another male from Thailand.

House is old with poor insulation but it is at good location, well managed high speed internet and good price, will be taken quickly, please hurry if interested ;)
