We are looking for a bunch of great new people to share our Fully Furnished Rooming house with this year!

This house is located in one of the best locations in Clayton just 250m from Monash Clayton, buses, shops and train stations is also close by.

Room rate start from $240 per week
All other bills are split approximately $20 per week for all you utilities
The lease period is 12 months

We have 3 rooms available
All rooms include:
1. Double beds
2. Study desks
3. Large wardrobes
4. Study chairs
5. Central heating

We also have availability for 2 students to share one room.
