We are 400 METERS to Monash University.
We live in a lovely and clean single story house. We have terrific front yard and back yard with a fish pond of gold fishes, which happily live with our chill roommates. We share two kitchens and three bathrooms. All the furniture and appliance are shared in the common area, including fridge, kitchen utensils, dinning table and chairs, and many more. In your room, you will have built in wardrobe, single/double bed, desk, chair, fan, heater, etc.
The house is Monash City Council registered Rooming House. And the owner is licensed rooming house operator.
The house is about 100 meters to bus stop of route 631, 300 meters to bus stop of route 800, 802, 804, 862, 900 and more, 500 meters to Ikea.
We will have four rooms available from Jun/Jul onwards. Group booking welcome.
The new shopping mall M-City will be opening at early 2020, which will have all major retailer at your door step (100 meters away).
