All the furniture and appliance are shared in the common area, including kitchen utensils, dinning table and chairs, cooktop, microwave, washing machine, and many more.
The cleaner will maintain the common area at regular basis. So it is clean and tidy.
Room 7 is about 15 SQM with built in wardrobe, queen bed, desk, chair, etc.
The room will be available only short term from Jan. 31st to Feb. 16th.

The house is Monash City Council registered Rooming House. And the owner is licensed rooming house operator.

The house is about 100 meters to bus stop of route 631, and is 300 meters to bus stop of route 800, 802, 804, 862, 900, and is 500 meters to Ikea.

The brand new shopping mall M-City (Woolworths supermarket, Kmart, cinema, cafes, Asia grocery store, and many more) is at your door step (100 meters away).
