Looking for 1 full time working house mate, prefer male, non smoker, no pet due to the fact that you will be sharing bathroom with other male house mate who is working full time. I have a son who is 2.5 years old and have our own on suite. No sleep over or party and it is essential for everyone to treat each other with respect. All bills including in price offered, 300$/week (internet, water, gas, electricity).
