It has a back yard which I'll have a small gym set up, as I'm into my fitness and nutrition.

I'm a non drinker non smoker and non substance user!

I have no pets.
I don't party.
I raerly have people over.
I don't watch TV so the TV is all yours if you do.

I'm after a clean tidy respectful person/couple to join share the space to call it a home im all about good vibes with who i share any space with.

I'm very good at communicating I'm very friendly, though I do need my alone time so I'm looking for people that are secure within themselves to not always have conversations that are relaxed.

You're welcome to put your own shed out the back yard.

Brand new Couch is provided with the tv and I can provide a very comfy silly pillow top queen sized mattress if needed.

Bills will be split evenly between who is living at the house
If a partner dose stay alot that will also include bills being split evenly

I'll have internet available.

If you are a smoker I just request you butts are disposed of correctly and not at the front or back door and I have a very sensitive nose to awful smells.
