Quiet and pleasant neighbourhood, close to public transport , shops and a cafe right across the road . Very cosy and homely (I like my house to feel homely and like a family unit) . Fully furnished living areas with appliances and cutlery ,crockery ect except for the room itself. It’s pet friendly for a small animal ie a bird, rabbit or fish or a well behaved cat. no dogs sorry.

About myself name is Jayne I am 38 yo female ,Aussie quiet and friendly. I work in aged care full time, mostly keeps my myself and goes about my day doing my own thing. Not overly social having very small circle of friends so no parties at home or rowdy people coming and going. I accept anyone from any walks or life I am very open minded and accepting of any sort of diversity gender, sexuality, ability and cultural/nationality. I enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds and quite like anything that is pleasantly unconventional. I accept outdoor smokers but not indoors and no dogs . Small animals like fish, rabbit or similar would be considered maybe a well behaved cat I am very considerate of others in the home dwellings and simply have the same expectations as others. I currently have one other tenant that is quiet and keeps to himself 😊
