This place is a very cute single level unit in Croydon! I am lucky to have some wonderful neighbours as well, so I feel incredibly safe living here.
Walking distance to Dorset Recreation Reserve means morning walks are easy! It is well lit with natural lighting, so the big lights barely get used.
It is an open plan which extends to a fantastic couryard deck with a low maintenance garden which (bless) my dad loves to come over to look after.
Your bedroom will be the slightly smaller bedroom but still with a big BIR and plenty of space for a queen bed plus extras.
It has one bathroom and a seperate toilet.
The place is fully furnished and there is not much space for additional furniture except for your bedroom.
My dog Darcie is an inside/outside dog (mostly inside) so you absolutely must be okay with animals.
