Seeking a friendly housemate to move into our self-contained bungalow! It's a cozy space with a combined bedroom/living area, an ensuite bathroom, and a kitchenette complete with an electric cooktop. If the bar fridge isn't quite cutting it, no worries – there's a full-sized fridge and freezer just outside for your use. There is also a shared uncover outdoor area and a shared backyard. Currently no laundry within the bungalow. We're ideally looking for a female or a couple, and while we prefer a non-smoker, we're definitely open to considering pet owners.
$400 a week, all bills included. Price might be negotiable depending on utility usage. Bond and first months rent required. 😊
