My townhouse is really nice, lots of natural light and modern. Located in a quiet street, no through road. Nice treed area and backyard with porch and small outdoor setting to enjoy your tea/coffee and sounds of the birds! I have evaporative cooling, gas ducted heating, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, barista Italian Coffee Machine for coffee lovers, kitchen aid for bakers and I've started a veggie/ herb and fruit garden atm so if you love gardening and fresh produce you can enjoy any surplus harvest and plant things yourself! I have a piano so if you can play, it would be lovely to hear.
Bills $35 per week includes full use of all washing /cleaning detergents and herbs /spices and some condiments.
The bedroom is lovely, queen size timber bed, good quality comfortable mattress, B.I.R. and private ensuite. Also has a fold down desk, chair, shelving and wall mounted T.V. Private, secure undercover parking.
There is free use of a small-medium size mountain bike, with helmet and bike lock.
Also I volunteer to help migrants and international workers with their English, happy to take anyone in need.
4 minute drive/ 5 minute bike ride,10 minute bus no. 664, 20 minute walk to Croydon station and cafes, not far from Eastland and Chirnside Park shopping centres. Fully furnished house, towels and linen provided if you need, all you need are your personal belongings! Housemate to contribute and share communal chores or if requiring part housekeeping it can be arranged at extra cost. Would suit a non-smoker, clean/tidy, quiet lifestyle / or student. Some cooking can be provided for homestay/student if required. Please note: no parties, drugs, excess alcohol, smoking/vaping, couples, partner stayovers or roomshare. Thank you.
