My townhouse is really nice, lots of natural light, modern and fairly new. Located in a quiet street, no through road, so no traffic noise. Nice treed area and backyard. It has evaporative cooling, gas ducted heating, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. new queen size timber bed with an new excellent quality mattress. I use hotspot internet off my mobile, unused data rolls over!
4 minute drive/10 minute bus/20 minute walk to Croydon station, not far from Eastland & Chirnside Park shopping centres. Fully furnished house, so all you need are your personal belongings. Would suit a non-smoker, clean & tidy, quiet lifestyle / homestay short-medium term stays, longer negotiable for the right person. Price negotiable to include bills & food; most cooking/meal provision homestay style.

About the flatmates
I'm a young for my age, lead a fairly quiet lifestyle, but I'm friendly and sociable. I'm pretty clean and tidy and looking for the same in a flatmate. I'm into health and wellbeing (non-smoker) natural therapies, etc. bit of a greenie at heart! I care about the environment and have a recycling and composting household. I also like cooking nice food too and an occasional glass of wine with dinner.
