The residence:

• 400m away from IGA.
• Short walk from 800, 850, 804, 802 buses (to Glen Waverley, Monash, Dandenong, Chadstone).

Who we are looking for:
• Employed singles with good references.
• Single students with good references.
• Considerate, and tidy.
• Respects shared spaces.
• You can have the occasional guest, but with a heads up to the other occupants.
• No smoking on the property.

You will be living with:
• A retired couple. English is not their first language, they are friendy and welcoming. This is their house.
• A uni student occupies one of the rooms in the main dwelling.
• Occasionally, a friendly dog who will be visiting the couple (Golden Retriever).

Internet: Unlimited NBN 50/20 (HFC). If you need an upgrade, can be discussed.

Utilities: all included, but reasonable use expected.

Pets: can be considered, if well trained.

Parking: Off-street available in the driveway. Secure garage can also be discussed.
