Beautiful new home situated in a central location in Dandenong north. Close to the Dandenong shopping mall, Dandenong hospital, public transport and easy access to Monash freeway. Currently 3 girls residing and the house has 4 bed rooms and 3 bath rooms.
There is 1 room which is fully furnished with a queen size bed and a bathroom adjacent to the bed room located in the ground floor. The rent is $325 per week and this includes all utilities such gas, electricity, water and internet.
House is fully furnished with plenty of storage. The laundry, pantry and sitting room is on the ground floor.Also a beautiful backyard to relax. No pets allowed.
