About the flatmates
Hey guys! I’m looking for 2 housemates for my lovely Dandenong North home. Ideally someone who’s clean, tidy of shared spaces and down for the occasional chat. The rooms have built in wardrobes and can easily fit a double/queen bed. Kitchen and bathrooms are shared as well as a living area with a couch and TV.
Move in date: 23rd of February
Rent is paid on the 23rd of each month.
Rent: $250 p/week
Bills: Included
Lease: 12 months
Bond: 1 month rent
Rooms not furnished, but space to bring own furniture in communal spaces.

👥Who you’ll be living with:
Josh: I’m 30 years old, work as a personal trainer and like to keep myself fit. I have 2 well trained dogs who live with me and we’ve been living here for the last 5 years. I do have a partner and she comes over from time to time.
Currently not taking any other pets.
Looking for 2 friendly, easy going people who’s comfortable sharing a home and happy doing your own thing.
