About the property
My house is quite new, it's very comfortable, the bedrooms are a good size, the main bathroom is fresh and clean, the lounge is a good size, I have internet tv and an Amazon Prime & Netflix subscription. I have reverse cycle heating and cooling in the Lounge and all of the bedrooms. The room is available from Monday the 02/02/2026. I currently have 1 female housemate. It's a 2 minute drive to the Diggers Rest Station, which has heaps of parking available. There is now bus transport in the next street to mine, which will take you to the station and also into Sunbury and surrounds. Attractive yard and surrounds. My Neighbours are quiet and friendly. I don’t accept pets as my dog isn’t other pet friendly. No smokers please.
