Hi I'm Paul. I am looking for 1 person to share my house with. I love sports and being active. I enjoy cooking and watch some documentaries . I also enjoy keeping my house nice, simple, and in order.
I have a comfortable double bedroom that is close to the common bath and toilet. You will basically be using both for yourself most of the time.
The house also has 2 living areas, and outdoor living and a good size garden.
My property is close to waterway park where you can do your morning walk or watch the sunset while counting the cows in the paddock in front.
My house is also a 10 min walk to foodworks and a 5 min drive to train station. Calder highway is a minute drive and would only take you 30mins to the city via city link.
