About the property
This is a spacious, light filled house with a big backyard, but if you like to spend time outdoors, there is also a park right opposite our house.
The common spaces in the house are roomy too, it’s never a hassle if multiple people want to cook or sit in the lounge room.
Although the house is in a really quiet backstreet, it is also really really close to Doncaster shopping centre.
The room is available in January. The room is on the smaller side but can easily fit a queen bed, has a beautiful big window that overlooks the backyard and a decent sized built-in wardrobe.
Being in Doncaster we are near a bus stop (907, 902) but other than that there is not amazing public transport in this suburb, it would be recommended that you have a car, there are plenty of places to park here.
Over my years of sharehouse living I have collected some spare furniture so please let me know if you would like the room furnished :)

Hi my name is Rahni (28)
I’ve been living in Melbourne for 10 years, originally from Adelaide.
Since living in Melbourne I’ve been working in the food industry, but my true dream is in fashion design, of which I am currently studying. I love everything creative, hair, makeup, fashion, tattoos. I also enjoy camping, rollerskating and festivals :)
Diah (25) is working and studying in childcare. She is originally from Bali and has convinced us we might book a Bali trip as a house in the next year or so. She loves going to the gym and out for little day adventures like hiking to waterfalls.
Charlotte (25) has been working at jbhifi, she loves gaming and intends to learn coding soon. She inspired our house to get back into Minecraft which has been so fun.
Esmee (27) works as a hairdresser and loves a good gym sesh. I think in another life she might’ve been a dolphin, she loves a good dip in the ocean.
Some of us met at our previous sharehouse a couple of years ago and we all loved living together so much we decided to move together.
We are on the look out a new housemate to join us in Jan/Feb. We prefer to have a mix of boys and girls in the house but we’re not fussy.
You are hopefully around the same age as us, maybe lived in a sharehouse before, have a part time / full time job or study. There is a good bus route to and from the city but otherwise you might need a car to get around.
