Hi, I'm Fiona, and I'll be leaving Melbourne for university interstate and am trying to find a flatmate for my mum. She's independent, is at work half of the time (you'll have the whole place to yourself most of the time) and won't bother you, especially if you communicate that you'd rather keep to yourself. She gets dinner with her friends and coworkers every so often, so she can definitely be chatty/sociable if that's what you're looking for. Essentially, she'll match your vibe! She's incredibly respectful, fair, and compassionate. She practices guitar quietly in her room sometimes and bakes once a month when she remembers all of the expensive baking equipment she bought during her baking phase. She'd prefer an easy going person, someone who cleans up after themselves, is open to communication and doesn't make too much noise past 12am!
