I'm looking for someone to take over my lease in this spacious and tidy 3 bedroom home.
The room you'll be taking over is large allowing space for lots of furniture and has ample wardrobe space. The room will however be unfurnished as i will be taking my furniture with me.
The house is furnished and has central heating and aircon, that goes throughout the house, which is handy. Additionally the house is located in walking distance of a westfield and bus stops to the city.
The rent is $275/pw bills not included, but all bills will be split between everyone.

About the flatmates
You'll be living with Fraser (29) and Caitlin (19). They're really sweet people who are very tidy and are always down to have a nice chat but also know when to keep to themselves. Fraser works a lot so you wont see him around, and caitlin is also studying full time at uni and works part time. There are also 2 sweet poodles residing at the property who get along with both dogs and cats.
