One bed room is available in a fully renovated house. This room is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, side table etc. You can either enjoy TV show in the living room or relax yourself with a cup of coffee in the alfresco deck.

It's $250 per week for single, $310 for couple. Internet is included. Other utility bills are shared. Off street parking. This house is in a convenient location close to everything.

1. Less than 5 mins walk to Woolworth, ALDI supermarket, medical centre, fruit & vegi shops, cafe, pharmacy, Macdonald, Chinese restaurant etc.
2. Several bus lines are available within 5 mins walk - bus 903 goes to Boxhill central directly; bus 281 takes you to Deakin Uni directly.
3. 5 mins drive to Westfield shopping centre.
4. The bus stop for 309 & 908 is just opposite the house. Both take you directly to QV/Melb Central in the city.
