We currently have a choice of two decent sized bedrooms available in our house. Both have polished floorboards. The larger bedroom $230 p.w has nice views over Mont Albert, Box Hill area's and you will be sharing the bathroom with one other.

The $195 p.w room is slightly smaller. This room has a kitchenette that you can share with one other or are free to use the main kitchen if you choose.

It's a well maintained, quiet, clean and friendly house. Off-street parking in a great location.

The house has new carpets and modern bathroom, kitchen and appliances. Fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer provided and included for your personal use. Fully stocked kitchen appliances, ect. Additional storage available in the downstairs wine cellar. Ducted heating, Ducted Cooling. Fast unlimited NBN internet and all bills included.

It's also very handy to public transport. It is only a 1 Minute (flat and level) walk to the City - 907 Bus - Which takes approximately 20 mins to get into the City CBD. It has a large garden that is taken care of. The Owner does not live at the premises, but keeps the house well maintained.

About the flatmates

Friendly and harmonious house currently occupied by tenants in their mid to late 20's. One works for Australia Post, one tenant is a nurse, Office worker (currently from home), Retail training manager. It's a large fully kit out house and everyone has their own personal bedroom and are courteous, mature and respectful of each other. It's a quiet, warm and spacious house. The home has 3 separate bathrooms - not including the upstairs Jacuzzi room with city views!
The owner does not live at the property but keeps it very well maintained.
We have a Large Kitchen and living room area - fully fitted out for your own personal use. Fully equipped Laundry, Dryer and Additional Storage. It is always kept nice and tidy. Off street parking is available. It's a great house with good tenants and is also very convenient for public transport into the city via the 907 Bus. Smoking outside only if required.
