I’m looking for one housemate to share my 4-bedroom townhouse in Donnybrook. You'll be sharing the home only with me. The other two rooms are used as a study and for storage.

🏡 About the House:
• 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms
• You'll have your own bathroom (main bathroom with shower and bathtub)
• I use the ensuite
• Double garage is full, but street parking is available - CCTV & doorbell cameras cover the area for your peace of mind
• No shoes indoors, please
• Non-smoker preferred (if you smoke, outside only)

🧹 Cleanliness Expectations:
Please only message if you’re willing to clean up after yourself, especially in the kitchen:
• Clean dishes and wipe down benches immediately after cooking
• Wipe down the oven, microwave, fridge, and anything else you touch
• No food left uncovered - we don’t want pests
• Keep your bathroom tidy - this is your responsibility
• No parties, but friends sleeping over occasionally is okay

I’ve had a bad experience with a previous housemate who didn’t clean properly, and I’d rather avoid repeating that. If you understand basic cleanliness and respect shared spaces, we’ll get along just fine.

💰 Rent & Utilities:
• $190/week including internet
• Utilities (electricity, gas, water usage) are split evenly between us
• Bond and move-in date can be discussed

🛍️ Location:
• 6 mins walk to Donnybrook Station (V/Line)
• 38–52 min train to city, depending on service
• 3 min drive to Woolworths Kalkallo (Kallo Town Centre)
• 8 min drive to Coles Merrifield (Merrifield City Shopping Centre)
• Nearby gyms: Snap Fitness, Jetts, Genesis, Planet Fitness (all 3–9 mins drive)
