I have an unfurnished room for rent in Donnybrook.
The house:
Available from mid Feb (around the 20th) with a chance to move sooner if needed.
Bond: one off payment of $1010.50
Lease transfer fee: one off payment yet to be determined.
Rent: $1053.50 paid monthly

Small backyard with lawn and a couple of planters that I enjoy tending to.
I currently park on the street and I am happy for the next person to park in the garage.
Pets have been present in the past and approved by the real estate but I would rather no pets.
About me:
I am 23 years old about to embark on my first year as a full time teacher meaning I will be working 5 days a week. I enjoy cooking and I’m slowly getting back into swimming. I am experienced in living in a share house and enjoy time to be social or sharing a meal while having my own space to chill.
What I’m looking for:
A young female, either working or studying. The house will have a small spare room perfect for you to use set up as a study or working from home space as I don’t use the area. The location is suitable for someone with their own transport as it is needed to get to the train often. Great location for anyone starting a nursing grad year at the Northern! I have previously lived with a shift worker and understand the need for a quiet space when working nights.
Potential for 2 people to move in, this would change the price, message for more details.
