Hi my name is David , I’m the owner of this pretty decent size double storey house which has kitchens , dinings , livings , bedrooms , bathrooms , on both levels and also a pool in backyard . I live upstairs and currently have 2 female Flatemates share living the whole downstairs area here at present, one has the master bedroom with its own ensuite and the other has one bedroom . I have 1 bedroom with shared bathroom available . I built this house as I am a builder own business recently divorced and have my two daughters 13yo and 15yo stay with me every fortnight weekends , I’m a quiet person keep to myself and hopping to share my house with same mindset people .
