You only need to share bathroom and toilet with one housemate. I don't use the housemate bathroom at all. (But I will clean these areas weekly)

Each room has its own split system. You are free to use it any time. (But not wasted)
The location is close to bus stop, shops and highway entrance.
Also good for someone who work from home or in north suburbs.

I have two cats and one rabbits. I would like you love animal and are NOT allergic to cats. (My cats are very attaching to people. They might go to you and follow you around)
At the moment, there's another male flatmate who you will share the bathroom and toilet with.
You can use all common areas and all kitchen, laundry appliances.
Prefer NON smokers. No other pets allowed
I cannot accept another pet to my house... my cats not allow it.. sorry...
