About the flatmates
It’s a 4 bedroom house in garden setting in Ferntree gully close to Kent park. I am a working professional living alone quietly. The ideal person would be a mature male or female, who is friendly and also respects others space, clean habits, working or a student.
There are two rooms available, one bigger than the other. The person renting will be responsible for cleaning their own room and bathroom regularly. My biggest requirement is their neat and clean living habits. The bills will be shared with me fairly.
