About the property
The property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so I would be open to renting with a couple or one or two singles. The backyard has a nice grass area, deck, clothes line and a shed. There is space for 3 cars to park out the front of the property. There is an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. There is also an additional room that could be used as a study/second lounge room/spare room. The garage is currently set up as a mini gym.
Rent per week:
Couple ($440)
One single ($330)
Two singles ($220 each)
If I rented with a couple or one single you would have your own private bathroom. If it ends up being two singles then they would need to share a bathroom.
The girl I am currently renting with is planning to move out in the next 1-3 months, so the room should be available between the end of Jan and end of March. There is a spare room at the moment that is free so if I found the right fit there is potential for someone to move in earlier.
