Property vibe is very chill, we love our house being a safe haven to come home to after a long day, a place we can decompress and feel at peace.
Close to local gyms, shopping centres and transport!

Sort of hufflepuff common room vibes
We are all a bunch of introverted neurospicy, innovative entrepreneurs, gamers and animal lovers, usually busy doing our own thing but also get stuck having chats when bumping into eachother 😂
we are all supportive of eachothers ambitions and goals and create a house vibe with positive calm energy that allows us to be in the sharpest mindset to focus on mastering our craft.
We all came from sticky living situations before this place and we all finally decided enough was enough and now have created our own safe haven vibe home to relax in.
Everybody is caring, empathetic and generous, we really encourage a safe space of open communication, never had one issue and we also encourage creative expression to make the place feel more at home to any new addition.
we also have got a handful of cats and dogs also who are always down for a cuddle and some affection.
And if any one of us is struggling financially we help eachother out until your back on your feet.

I’m mostly an introverted homebody but that doesn’t mean I’m not down to communicate, compassionate and kind always down to have a chat about anything.
Jordan: 23 years old introverted tech gamer, will mostly be locked in my bedroom on my computer working on the game server im building or chilling with my cat, but I am sociable and always down for a chat, you will mostly see me come out of my room to make some food 😂 if you have any tech problems or need help building anything I’m the door you knock on.

Tayla: I’m an 18 year old family orientated plant lover, if I’m not working on my veggie patch then I’m cooking, listening to podcasts, watching docos and spending time with my siblings. I work in childcare and I’m very passionate.
