Hi all, one good sized room available in a super spacious 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Glen Huntly. (room can be furnished or unfurnished with bed and desk) Join me in this lovely space! :) Bright and roomy, the apartment has a relaxed ambiance and some peaceful feng-shueing. Its located on a leafy tree lined street with friendly neighbours and close to all the best things in Glen Huntly… Shops, cafes, and soon a bar, all within 5 min walking distance. Elsternwick, Chadstone, Caulfield and Carneigie short tram trips away. (Monash Uni campus 17 min walk) Trains, buses and trams are also only 4 min walk away. The apartments are quiet with secured entry access and parking space.
This place is very spacious, modern and clean, with all the usual amenities and a balcony backyard in progress! :) And heaps of pantry space.

I am looking for someone who is clean, considerate and house share experienced, has their own things going but also doesn't mind occasional beer or margarita / Yahtzee / pizza / movie or bbq night during the week or on the weekend (or a combination of them all, whenever it takes our fancy) and generally wants to make friendships and makes the place their home too.

Room is available now. Only 2 weeks bond required.

Also, I dont have any pets, but my partner comes by once a week and he has a super friendly and adorable pet Kelpie, who everyone says looks just like Red Dog. So place would suit someone who like dogs.
