Couple of blocks away from shopping strip which has lots of great cheap eats with various Asian/Indian/European cuisine.....English speaking please.....to share with 61 y/o male, professional and involved in visual arts, busy and independent, non smoker/drinker but friendly/sociable..We take care of our own food and cooking arrangements, and my diet and cooking at home is mainly vegetarian but not strict and happy to accommadate various cuisines and cultures...If living with vegetarian happy to not cook meat at home ...The bedroom is medium size, has lots of light, furnished with king single bed(good mattress), new desk, lamp, plenty of built in wardrobe space, heater, aircon unit... Wi Fi access is included in rent ...the room is well positioned next to spacious bathroom, kitchen, front door entrance....Great location just a few minutes walk from Glen Huntly station and shops, and laundromat..power bill separate from rent, according to your individual usage.....call Mark! parking in street
