The property is fairly new with a big flower garden at the back fenced by tall trees with absolute privacy. Facilities include an indoor cinema with 7 surrounding speakers, outdoor pool table, outdoor basketball rack and a BBQ grill along with two spacious living rooms in different styles (one with a brand new creamy leather sofa and circular lounge sofas in the other), featured with wide screen TVs with independent cinema-style speakers.

Your cozy room has a big surrounding closet, can fill both clothes and books, carpeted with soft thick wool. It is also equipped with a dressing table, a book shelf and a coffee table as well as a double bed. A big window with double-layered curtins also comes with the room. Additionally, you have your own vanity in the bathroom next to your room and you only need to share the toilet with one girl. Besides necessities, towel and bed linen are provided if needed.

The house is in a peaceful neighbourhood and only a 3 min walk to the train station and all the cafes, a 10min to Deakin University via 75 tram (stop 53) and 5mins train/drive to Camberwell station and 17 mins to city by car or 22 mins by train. There are three parks 5 mins away and a jogging/biking track for people to exercise along with a big international supermarket just a 4-min walk away. No car parking available, feel free to park on the street.
