Looking for a housemate for a large furnished room with built ins. The rest of the house is furnished and includes a backyard and internet etc. Bills would be split on top of the monthly rent.
The bedroom is medium size and would fit a queen bed and desk, currently the room has a double bed, desk and drawers - as well as a built in wardrobe, (bookcase available also).
There is a route 75 tram stop 50m out the front, and Burwood train station a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive away.
There is also a park at the end of the street and trails close by, as well as the burwood village shopping strip with cafe's, gyms, wine bars and restaurants 100m away.
There is plenty of on street parking available, as well as a courtyard with a bbq, table and seating.

Hi! I am looking for a housemate for a room in Glen Iris with built ins (can provide either)
I (Ellen) work full time as an engineer on site so am quite busy and not home a lot during the week but love to relax/ be outdoors on weekends. I love to live with others that are like minded who are clean, feel at home and are open with communication. Although I am pretty busy I love having a dinner and TV/ footy/ wine night and chat with my housemates whenever I can!
I have 2 friendly cats (Flea and Ginger) who love a cuddle but otherwise keep to themselves. They have access to the enclosed backyard so flows in and out. The house is fully furnished and in a great location near shops, transport and running trails.
