- Train station - Tooronga/Gardiner station into city (5 min walk away)

- Coles grocery store ( Large), (15min walk)
- IGA ( small), ( 5min walk)

- Bike path into city nearby

- Chadstone shopping centre ( the best!) 10min drive away, 35mins by public transport

- Harold Holt pool and sports ground nearby
- 24hr gym nearby

- Tesla car charger

- I keep bills to as low as possible, so air conditioner and heating use kept to a minimum.

- Unfortunately I don’t have other guests visit, so no guests thanks

- Need to be mindful of furniture and decor

- Plenty of medical textbooks
