About the property

Our home is a very spacious and well maintained safe place to call home. It’s a great place to come back to at the end of the day to recharge and unwind. Situated in a quiet but convenient location, our house has the best of both worlds. We are situated right next to Gardiner train station as part of the Glen Waverley line, able to take you into the city in about 15 minutes. Tram line no 72 is right by the station as well and can take you into Camberwell and oppositely goes all the way into the city as well.

The house itself is a 3 bedroom complex with 2 bathrooms, of which one of the bathrooms will be shared alongside one of the housemates. We also have an outdoor balcony to enjoy nice sunny days. The house itself is an open space plan that promotes socialising with the rest of us when at home, but quiet when in the confines of your own private room.

The room you will have is a bright and sunny room that gets a lot of morning and afternoon sun. It has its own built in wardrobe, vanity shelf and in built shelves for storage. A bed is already in the room which can be used or replaced totally with your own. There is enough space to put in a desk as well if desired. The floors are hardwood so cleaning itself becomes a simple task!

If you are interested in the room, please send us a brief introduction of yourself so we have an idea of who you are. Thanks!

About the flatmates

We are a friendly household that have independent lives and respect each others different lifestyles, but hang out occasionally together as a household unit as well. We treat this home well and uphold a high standard of care, cleanliness and routine to make it a pleasant place to live in.

I am New Zealand raised and currently work in healthcare, and consider myself a pretty physically active working professional who enjoys outdoor pursuits and most forms of exercise including running, hiking and swimming. I'm pretty laid back and easy to talk to, but respectful of boundaries and other people’s peace.

Bruce is a teacher with a passion for music, travel and good conversation. He considers himself sociable, easygoing, always up for a chat but also knows the value of personal space and quiet time.
