Heya. Looking to fill the spare room at my place as I had my roommate move out late last year after she finished with uni. Room is available now!
Location:
House is located in Glen Iris. Right next to Bourke Rd, Toorak Rd, Monash Freeway and less than 5mins walk to Gardiner train station. We’re about 15 minutes into the city by train, or ~20mins or so cycling along the Gardiner Creek trail that runs by the house straight to Flinders Street.
Room itself is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully furnished. Most of the house was gut renovated just under a year ago now.

About the flatmates
29 years old. Grew up and lived in Melb my whole life. Work predominantly from home as an Engineer and occasionally do photography work as well on the side.
Quite active - regular with gym, badminton, cricket. Also been trying to do up the gardens over this summer so big props if you’ve got a green thumb too. 😁
With me comes my 12 year old Spoodle. He's very chill and quite lazy. So will leave you alone unless you want him to bug you.
Keen to find someone who's clean, house proud and will take care of the place. I’d much prefer to share with someone I'll be able to be friends with, share a meal/occasional drink with rather than be total strangers.
