About the property

We have a room available in our lovely home in the leafy suburb of Glen Iris! We’re looking for an individual (female preferred) or couple in their mid-twenties to early thirties.

Our household is relaxed with good vibes, so we’re hoping to find someone who enjoys a calm, friendly environment, who also enjoys a good chat!

We already have one very sweet cat, so unfortunately no additional pets can be accommodated.

Our previous housemates took much of the décor with them, so we’d love someone happy to bring their own flair and help make the space feel like home!

Location
The house is ideally located right near the train station, with trams close by and easy access to Camberwell, making commuting and weekend outings very convenient.
This is not a party house, and we are seeking a non-smoker.
