About the flatmates
Hey new potential housemate,
We are losing one of our beloved housemates and have a room available in our beautiful large share house in Glen Waverley.
The place is located within walking distance to Glen Waverley Station, The Glen Shopping Centre and close to Monash/Deakin University – bus stop outside the home goes straight to Monash University.
We are all super friendly, and we're looking for someone who likes to hang out, have fun, and is an all-round good person to be around.
About Us
Patrick:
I'm an outgoing person, always happy to hang out. I play guitar often (has headphones) and work half the week from home as a fundraiser at Monash University. I like surfing and skiing on the weekends in my spare time. I’m always down for a beer or three and love spending time with mates.
Mel:
I'm work for Goodlife gym, and am super into all things fitness, wellbeing. I also have a passion for sports cars (although don't have the cash to be owning any myself). I love chatting at movie nights, as well as going out for a drink.
Seyi:
I'm a software engineer, and also run my own online business. I'm often busy buried in work, but love a bit of downtime here and there, and am always up for a chat.
The Room:
A medium-sized room downstairs (3.2 x 3.2m) located toward the front of the property with generous sized built-in wardrobes and your own reverse cycle heating/cooling unit.
Room comes unfurnished.
Rent is $240 per week.
