About the house: The house in split into 3 stories.
Ground floor - mum, dad and my sister live on ground floor (I don’t live here).
1st floor - shared area (dining, kitchen, and living room). Mum likes the kitchen to be very tidy so please keep this is mind.
2nd floor - you and one other female tenant, each in their private room. Shared bathroom between the two of you.
We're looking for a female who can really look after the place with respect and cleanliness. The price is very reasonable for the quality and location of living. You're very welcome to arrange an inspection with me.
