Family house with 4 current occupants. Nice vibe, artistic spacious house, everyone mostly keeps to themselves work or school during the day. One 26 yo male engineer, one 33 yo female, 30 yo female engineer/artist and one mature female chef/medical doctor and one male chemist. Everyone is respectful and hospitable, its a relaxed and chilled atmosphere. House will be ready to move in Jan 15
