Our house is an older house with a lot to give and a homie feel, with plenty of space and outside area. We are situated in Glen Waverley, prime location for shops and only walking distance to the supermarket.

We are only seeking long term stays 12months + move in date will be the 18th of February.

The room is currently occupied but should be able to have a look in the room to inspect it. Welcome to come inspect the property in afternoon hours during the week once we can organise a suitable time for each other.

Rent is monthly $869 a month paid on the 3rd of each month. $25 a week for bills is seperate. Bond is $869.

The room is a little smaller which can fit a double bed with walk around space and can fit tv desk etc, can fit a queen bed but a bit more of a tighter squeeze.

We are after someone hopefully similar male or female around the ages 18-35. Must have sustainable income, clean and tidy and respectful and possibly similar in interests.

You can smoke outside but no weed or drugs.

No more pets as two cats already here but you must love animals.

You will just be subletting.
