I live on my own having recently purchased the unit.
It is a 3 bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms.
I am in 1 Bedroom with an ensuite, another room is used as a study, and then there is your room with build in wardrobe, heating, and full length fly screen windows.
Adjacent to your room is the other bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. This would be yours alone (not shared)
I am 57, fit , young at heart, and I work full-time
I like and want a clean house as I am tidy myself.
I work full time from 6:30am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday. I am quiet and respectful.
I then normally like to go to the gym or for a run after work.
I have friends, but 95% of the time meet them outside of the home.
I like to relax in the evenings after dinner watching TV or reading
I enjoy being social but also enjoy my quiet time, and I am respectful of other people in the home
I lead a balanced lifestyle and also love to travel
I am looking for a room mate who is clean, easy going, considerate and friendly, and a non-smoker
