About the flatmates
I am a teacher/mother whose kids have all left home and I have a beautiful large house in a peaceful but central and very convenient location. It is a five bedroom home. There are two flatmates who also live here; professional, mature people who are very quiet and friendly, and who lead busy lives. We are all busy with life, work and interests and there is plenty of space for you to have privacy but occasional company too. The shared spaces are beautiful and large, and I have outdoor decks and balconies and large garden that are very pleasant also. A large, newly renovated bathroom and powder room is centrally located for all to enjoy. Around my house it is a few metres to picturesque parkland, a bike track to the city, playgrounds and the Moonee Ponds creek. It is a very pretty, peaceful place 25 minutes drive from the city. I love my house so much I don’t want to leave it. I would love to share my space with the right person who is looking for a beautiful residence and plenty of peaceful outdoors. I have a large unfurnished bedroom downstairs that could easily be adapted to bedroom with a lounge/office area. I have a queen size bed and mattress available as well as other items such as bookcase, table, bedside table, desk etc if a furnished room is required. The 59 tram is an 18 minute walk or a regular local bus trip away that only takes around 6 minutes to get to Westfield Airport West. I am 15 minutes drive to the airport, five minutes from both the Western Ring Road and the Tullamarine Freeway and around 25 minutes drive to the CBD. There is limited off street parking available, but plenty of parking in our quiet court.
